working principle
During use, this component will first move downward to pre compress the riveting material to prevent the material from flowing into the die under the force of the semi hollow rivet, and then the punch will move downward to push the semi hollow rivet to pierce the upper material. Under the joint action of the die and the punch, the tail of the half hollow rivet opens in the lower metal to form a bell shape so as to lock the riveting material and achieve the purpose of connection. Later, when pressed by the punch, the rivet penetrates the upper sheet metal and expands into the lower sheet metal, and then the rivet and the lower sheet metal expand together to form a mechanical interlocking mechanism between the two sheets to complete the connection. This whole process is the working principle of the rivet.
